It’s time to start focusing on your definition of success rather than “the definition” of success. No two person’s journey is the same, therefore comparing yourself to others won’t help you grow as a person. The only comparison that is allowed is the one with your prior and present versions.
Celebrate all the mini wins along the way to that big goal. It is possible to be your best self and keep the consistency that comes with levelling up. There may be times where you don’t receive a favourable outcome, i.e. “failing”, but learning from the situation facilitates growth. Please, don’t be hard on yourself. You are successful; it you don’t believe it, ask your friends to remind you.
Hope you have a great week and remember to let go of the things that no longer serve your purpose.
It’s time to ignore the voice in your head that has been telling you not to do it. This is usually coming from a place of fear. What do you really have to lose IF you try something new? Take a chance and just do it; the hard part will be over.
You are your greatest gift and worst nightmare. You are responsible for everything that happens in your life; your thoughts and actions shape your life. It’s worth believing in your ability so you can change the world. It’s time to be your best self, your highest self!
With your face to the sun and dreams bigger than your smile. Five years feels like yesterday and many moons ago at the same time. That independent, smart and brave eighteen year old girl determined to change her generation’s pattern and discover herself. As I reflect and tears roll down my face, I want you to know I am proud of the woman you have become; you earned it. There was no way of knowing where the trajectory of your life would take you but ultimately it has brought you here to this divine moment. Don’t stop writing your story. Pen the details of the power of letting go, the grit of persevering and the freedom of forgiveness. Pen the lessons of love, failure and growth. Pen your journey of learning, being and becoming Daniella- Enough.
With love, your self. ❤”
I met Daniella at a conference I wasn’t even met to go on. We connect instantly and even got to go snorkeling together. We lost touch, but reconnected when I started my blog while inspiring her to recommit herself to her blog. It’s a pleasure knowing her, as she is brave, determined and happy!
You are gifted with so many talents, it’s time you are believing in that power so that you can do the things you were destined to do! It’s your time, the universe is waiting for you to unleash all that amazingness.
For us to create the magic we were destined to accomplish, we need to support every other genuinely. There are so many ways we can do support each other; from purchasing from businesses to saying uplifting words. Let’s do our part to make the tribe better.
I worried that my blog wouldn’t impact anyone because I thought my journey was insignificant. Boy was I wrong; I was letting all the fears get in the way of my passion. From posting, I realised that I was relatable because I was brave enough to share my stories and people starting opening up about their stuff.
When I first started my blog, I had three goals in mind:
Accomplishing my goal of consistency
Sharing my story through different mediums
Following my passion for writing
Believe it or not, this is my second attempt at a blog. When I started, I wrote so that I could work through the stuff that was going on in my life. I have to say it did help me through the valleys and built my confidence in my writing. When I wrote, the words flowed so freely. However, when I forced myself to produce specific content every day, my brain froze because that was too much pressure.
With this experience, I learnt something new about myself: If my heart is not with it, the flow of creativity will die. I also discovered that I need to give myself time to heal before I jump into something big. I used the platform as my therapy, and that was great. I was able to write without judgements. Publishing my work was a big thing for me because I was an INTROVERT! You should know the seriousness of this by the bold and ALL CAPS.
Version 1 allowed me to heal, and I’ve done that so well. Version 2 is for manifesting, making and releasing magic. Some days the magic won’t be constant, but I promise you, THERE WILL BE MAGIC. I’m happy you believe in me as much as I believe in myself.
